Joseph Baena’s Reaction to His Elimination on ‘DWTS’ (Exclusive) – Hollywood Life

At the end of Prom Night on Dancing With the Stars, Joseph Baena and Daniella Karagach was eliminated from the competition. The judges chose to save Heidi D’Amelio and Artem Chigvintsevthe other couple who ended up in the bottom two. Hollywood Life Talked EXCLUSIVELY with Joseph and Daniella about how they feel about being sent home.

“It was a big shock and just a lot of emotions going through your head at the same time, but it was so fun to be here on the show,” Joseph said. “It was just such a wonderful experience. I had the best time learning from the best trainer imaginable. Her back must be hurting because she carried the team all the way. We made such a good team. I am just so happy to have partnered with Dani. She is the best. I’m glad that I got such a good friend out of this.”

Daniella added: “It sucks. But I’m so proud of Joe and what he’s been through and where he’s come from in such a short time. I feel like I’ve turned him into a ballroom dancer. I couldn’t be more proud don’t be.”

Joseph, who is a fitness model and actor, admitted it DWTS gave him a “new level of confidence to know that I could take on challenges and that I could push myself past the limits I thought I had. Again, the confidence that this show gave me to know who I am and know what I want to do, and to stay hungry for my passions… it’s amazing.”

Daniella is with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son after winning the mirror ball trophy with NBA player Iman Shumpert. Daniella told Hollywood Life that it was “so easy to connect with him because what you see is what you get. I appreciate it. He is also extremely hardworking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, to be honest. I feel like we finished on such a high, and I’m so incredibly proud of how well he’s danced the last few nights.”
